Animesh Ghosh
Founder & Managing Director

Animesh leads Virium’s technical, commercial and multidisciplinary project delivery. His particular strength is converting an operational challenge, investment requirement or project opportunity into a defined scope, practical delivery strategy and coordinated programme of work.
Across Virium assignments, he brings together client requirements, specialist design input, commercial decisions and project interfaces so that engineering, cost, programme and operational priorities remain aligned from feasibility through commissioning.
Ryan Green
Energy & Construction Manager

Ryan combines practical construction-delivery experience with established knowledge of commercial Solar PV and its operational and financial drivers.
He is actively working on construction delivery projects for Virium, coordinating site activities, contractors, suppliers, programme requirements and delivery interfaces. Ryan has also supported Virium Solar PV projects, helping clients progress from an identified energy opportunity towards a practical and deliverable installation.
Varun Sharma
Sustainability & Project Engineer
BA(Hons), MAPM
Since 2024, Varun has supported Virium clients with energy monitoring and management, data review, performance reporting, sustainability analysis and optioneering.
His sustainability education and data-led approach help turn metering and operational information into clear findings, compare viable improvement measures and present practical recommendations. Varun works directly with clients, maintaining the evidence, communication and reporting needed to support better informed energy and carbon decisions.
Brian Shears
Fire Safety & Risk Management
MIFSM
Brian’s career has progressed from geotechnical site investigation into senior fire-safety, health & safety and risk management leadership. He is a Member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers.
Brian and his team are currently delivering multiple complex fire strategies and fire engineering packages for Virium, covering hotels, high-rise buildings and manufacturing facilities. He brings a practical understanding of design, construction, operational risk and compliance to technically demanding projects.
Mark Exley
Environmental & M&E Project Delivery

Mark brings extensive experience in industrial wastewater treatment, Dissolved Air Flotation systems and the coordination of engineered equipment, fabrication, M&E installation and site delivery through to commission and handover.
He is currently working on Virium’s turnkey DAF plant project, integrating the specialist wastewater treatment package with the associated civil and M&E works. His experience supports the project from specification and option development through manufacture, installation and commissioning.
Jenia Haskell
Digital Marketing & Client Promotion
CAM, MA, CIM
Jenia has worked with Animesh for over five years and supports Virium’s digital marketing and client engagement.
She helps translate complex technical expertise into clear website content, campaigns and client communications, while supporting lead generation and brand consistency.
Her long-standing knowledge of the construction business helps ensure that Virium’s capabilities are presented accurately, professionally and in a way that is relevant to prospective clients.
Mona Patel
Commercial & Finance Support
AAT, ACCA, CIMA
Mona has supported Virium since its formation, bringing finance-management experience from within the engineering and energy-consultancy sector.
She provides commercial and financial input across project pricing, budgets, cost monitoring, cash-flow planning, invoicing and management information. Her contribution helps Virium test decisions commercially and maintain disciplined financial control as projects progress and the business develops.
Ethan Ghosh

Ethan supports Virium’s company administration, records and governance.
He is also developing his knowledge of engineering and project delivery, with the intention of progressing towards a future technical role as his qualifications and experience develop.
